Founding board members, all dedicated women in our industry, launched the Women's Sustainable Development Initiative (WSDI) in 2021. WSDI, a 501(c)(3) organization, is committed to transforming who participates in commercial real estate development and where that development takes place.

WSDI offers both mentorship and financial support to help women in our industry navigate the complex pre-development process, guiding them from the early stages to securing permanent financing and achieving groundbreaking.
