100WOMENinCRE is a monthly micro-loan initiative that provides pre-development funds to support eligible projects by women commercial real estate developers who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC). To set up a recurring monthly donation, kindly choose one of the tax-deductible monthly contribution options listed below. If you require further details, please don't hesitate to contact us via email at email@example.com.
WSDI aims to establish a community of 100 Women in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) who will contribute monthly tax-deductible donations of either $50 or $100. These donations will collectively form a loan fund to support emerging women commercial real estate developers, with a primary focus on those who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC).
Through a competitive selection process, micro-loans of up to $5,000 will be disbursed throughout the year to WSDI's WOMENDEVELOP Community. These loans will assist in advancing their commercial real estate projects located in underserved communities that incorporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) elements. It's important to note that multiple loans may be granted each month, with a $500 monthly administrative fee for program management.
The loan proceeds will cover a range of typical development expenses, including but not limited to surveys, environmental assessments, commercial appraisals, market studies, legal fees, geotechnical investigations, and other due diligence activities. Additionally, funds may be allocated for marketing, site planning, and related activities. All loan applicants will be required to provide necessary documentation to support their loan requests, and loans will be repaid at project closure, featuring a modest accruing annual interest rate.
Furthermore, all 100WOMENinCRE donors will have opportunities to participate in networking events and, if they wish, serve as mentors by offering feedback during month WSDI WEBUILD Community sessions (virtual and in person) and attend WSDI networking gatherings. Please initiative, your monthly donation as outlined on this page. For additional information, kindly reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We invite you to contribute to WSDI and help advance our mission. Your donation qualifies for a tax deduction. To make a one-time donation, please click on the link below.
The Women's Development Focus Group has been a great in terms of learning and building my development skills. It is a safe place to comfortably expose your eficiencies/shortcoming, get positive feedback and grow your understanding and knowledge. I love the synergy of the group and look forward to the creative ideas and innovations that always come out of our discussions. - Beverly Beard
WSDI has been such a gamer changer for me. I have learned so much from everyone involved. The founding board members have gone above and beyond to making themselves available for any guidance or expertise I needed. WSDI has opened my eyes to some many things in the land use/ development sector. I am so grateful to be apart of this amazing group and to know these phenomenal women. - Aftan Malone
I have been working in various fields of real estate for over 20 years. I worked for real estate developers for over 10 years and I learn something new in every session with WSDI. I’m embarking upon my own first new construction developments and having WSDI as a source of information for things that arise gives me confidence that I can successfully navigate the development process. Truly a blessing . – Samantha Jenkins
The insights I have learned from this group has help me move my project forward with a greater understanding of what's needed to reach the finish line. The inspiration of hearing other women's journey and the resources they freely share is priceless. We were provided access to the ULI Spring event, and I was able to have a vendor table to show my renderings and discuss my project with the attendees. I am looking forward to being in this empowering group until I break ground. - Kimle Nailer, Nail-Rite Construction Company, Inc.
